Founded in 2018, Twisted Sisters Soft Serve has made customer service and quality ice cream their passion. Co-owners: Cindy Summerson and Annette Smith are Cameron County natives that recognize the need for small businesses to thrive in the local community. They are proud members of the Cameron County local merchant community, and love every opportunity to interact with their customers as they provide them with the freshest and most delicious ingredients.
